Focusing all your training resources on one method of training is ineffective.  Research suggests that little benefit is derived from most conventional training as there is typically:

• little incentive to make changes
• poor follow-up, and
• low retention

But, andragogical expert, William Glasser’s research suggests that after 48 hours, we retain only:

• 10% of what we read
• 20% of what we hear
• 30% of what we see
• 50% of what we both see and hear
• 70% of what we discuss
• 80% of what we practice
• but 90% of what we teach others!

With this in mind, we have created a world-class system of team learning.  The process has been used for leadership development with huge success in organizations around the world including GE, Spoortnet (railways in South Africa), the Government of St. Lucia, the Kenyan Government, York Region and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment.
