Since the publication of the groundbreaking book Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Golemen (1995), academics and consultants have been singing its praise as the key ingredient for success in personal relationships and careers. In fact Goleman considers that Emotional Intelligence accounts for up to 80 % of our success. By putting all managers through this workshops, you organization will begin to develop an understanding of its Emotional Intelligence capacity, its strengths and weaknesses. And, you'll be able to benchmark yourself collectively and individually against the best. This training program will start with two fast-paced, skill-packed days. It will give participants the tools that are guaranteed to increase performance. We'll send your managers back to work with action plans that they can put into practice right away. The process will continue for a year as we will create a program of self-directed learning, tailored for each person, culminating in re-scoring a year later.
